How to Get Nina
Nina (Attendant of the Flash) is an SSR unit from Perdion, rated S on the launch tier list. Available from premium gacha, pickup banners and the 12-SSR select pool (if SSR).
- Rarity — SSR; highest pull rate tier at 3% base SSR.
- Faction — Perdion; see same-faction allies below for team-building ideas.
- Availability — Standard gacha pool.
- Tier snapshot — launch meta rates Nina at S.
- Pull strategy — reasonable select-pool or premium target.
02
How to Play Nina
Nina is an evasion-based Back attacker who converts successful dodges into Impact, then spends it on a devastating skill. She is self-sufficient as both generator and spender — the best permanent SSR for accounts that missed limited pickups.
- Dodge scaling — gear evasion and attack; Front tanks must hold aggro so Nina can dodge.
- Solo economy — works without Pico, though Pico still doubles her output.
- Select pool — available in tutorial redraw; realistic reroll target.
- Not with Wendy gen — pick one Front Impact source: Nina dodges OR Wendy hits, not both.
03
How to Find Nina in the Game
Locate Nina inside Dot Abyss through the standard roster menus. Japanese players know the unit as ニナ — search the character album if romanization differs.
- Formation screen — Frontline Base → Formation. Owned units show stance, element and emblem icons.
- Character album — greyed portrait means seen but not recruited; full color means owned.
- Gacha details — banner rate-up lists show whether the unit is currently featured.
- Wiki cross-ref — compare Nina's stats table on this page with the full character database.
- Tavern roster — recruited girls appear here for bond and shift assignment.
04
How to Protect Your Nina
Protect your investment in Nina by understanding availability (Standard gacha pool) and spending materials only when the unit fits your 10-slot plan. SSR dupes and gear locks are expensive — confirm role before maxing.
- Availability lock-in — standard pool units can be duplicated over time.
- Account link — bind DMM after roster settles; unlinked saves are lost on device failure.
- Material funnel — feed SSR upgrade stones to Nina only after Front/Back cores are covered.
- Gear locks — lock good stat rolls before foddering duplicate equipment.
- Reroll caution — account deletion wipes all progress; finish rerolling before investing bond gifts.
05
How to Complete Nina
Completing Nina's build means leveling skills, securing gear with the right stat rolls, and hitting bond milestones for permanent stat points. Nina is a Light / Back / Impact (衝撃) unit — every upgrade choice should reinforce that role.
| Milestone | Advice |
|---|---|
| Level & skills | Priority SSR — max stance skills for defense |
| Gear focus | Attack, crit, skill damage |
| Bond track | Lv1 unlocks tavern shifts; mid levels grant permanent stat points — breadth beats one maxed favorite |
| Duplicate value | Dupes raise skill cap — worth gems only on S+ tier units |
| Exploration | Deploy in idle teams for loot while defense team rests — doubles account efficiency |
06
How to Beat / Optimize Nina
Nina is S-tier because she solves Impact economy alone while delivering spender-tier damage — the F2P account pillar.

- Reroll friendly — in the 12 SSR select pool; aim here if limited banners fail.
- Defense flex — dodge procs scale with wave length like Electra's crit stacks.
- One-slot wonder — frees Assist for healer or Pico instead of a dedicated battery.
- Long-term — stays relevant when Wendy leaves the banner pool.
